1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PaperclipOrg website at https://papercliporg.com ("Site") or purchasing any products from PaperclipOrg, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Site or purchase any products.
2. Product Description
PaperclipOrg sells pre-configured AI company departments known as "skill packs" designed for use with the Paperclip AI orchestration framework. Each skill pack is a digital product consisting of agent configurations, scripts, templates, reference documents, and organizational structures. Skill packs are delivered as digital downloads immediately upon purchase.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and represent a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, recurring fees, or hidden charges. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. PaperclipOrg does not store your credit card or payment details directly. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.
4. License and Ownership
When you purchase a skill pack, you receive full ownership of that copy. You may use, edit, modify, and adapt the skill pack for your own personal or business purposes without restriction.
However, you may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the skill pack or any part of it
- Share, publish, or make the skill pack available to others as a free or paid product
- Claim authorship of the original skill pack materials
In short: use it however you want for your own work, but do not redistribute it.
5. Refund Policy
Because skill packs are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue with your purchase (corrupted files, missing content, or download problems), please contact us at support@papercliporg.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the PaperclipOrg website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design, and code, is the property of PaperclipOrg and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The skill packs themselves, prior to purchase, remain the intellectual property of PaperclipOrg.
Upon purchase, you receive a license to use the skill pack as described in Section 4. This does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to you.
7. Disclaimer
Skill packs are tools designed to help you build and operate AI agent workflows. They are not a guarantee of any specific revenue, results, or business outcomes. The effectiveness of any skill pack depends on how it is used, the AI models and platforms involved, and numerous other factors outside our control.
PaperclipOrg provides all products and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PaperclipOrg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) our products or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site or products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PaperclipOrg products shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration body.
